- sugar - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 item
- beet juice - 1 item
- hard-cooked medium sized eggs - 1 doz
- cans small whole beets - 2 item
How to make pickled eggs and beets:
Hard-cook eggs; boil for 10 minutes and peel eggs. Pour beet juice into measuring cup. Place beets and eggs into container. Measure equal amounts of vinegar and sugar to beet juice.
