  • pickling salt - 1 tsp
  • onion, sliced optional - 1 item
  • cans red beets and liquid - 2 item

How to make pickled eggs:

Heat until boiling; reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes. Pour in jar; add hard-boiled eggs. Store at room temperature.
