Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 2 c
- cloves - 24 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- hard-cooked eggs - 6 item
- ground mustard - 1/2 tsp
How to make pickled eggs:
Boil and shell eggs and stick four cloves into each egg. Heat the vinegar and when boiling, add salt, pepper and mustard mixed with a little cold vinegar. Put the eggs in a glass fruit jar and pour the boiling vinegar over them. Cover and let stand for 2 weeks before using. Serve with broiled steak.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
