- sugar - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 item
- 1-2 dozen eggs
- to 3 cans sliced beets - 2 item
How to make pickled eggs:
Hard Boil eggs, cool and peel. Drain beets. Use equal amounts of sugar and vinegar stir to dissolve sugar. Add eggs cover with beets. Put in refrigerator. Best in 6-7 days.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
