Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 1 doz
- celery salt - 1 tsp
- white vinegar - 2 c
- large onion - 1 item
How to make pickled eggs:
Heat, but do not boil, vinegar and celery salt. Cook eggs and peel while still warm. Add onion. Pour vinegar mixture over eggs and onions. Let stand for 2 days. Better if left to stand longer.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
