Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 1 doz
  • celery salt - 1 tsp
  • white vinegar - 2 c
  • large onion - 1 item

How to make pickled eggs:

Heat, but do not boil, vinegar and celery salt. Cook eggs and peel while still warm. Add onion. Pour vinegar mixture over eggs and onions. Let stand for 2 days. Better if left to stand longer.
