Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- carrots - 2 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- tomato soup - 1 c
How to make pickled carrots:
Cook carrots, not too soft. Cool. Combine all ingredients. Marinate at least 24 hours in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Low protein, Vegetables, Carrots.
