Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- or 4 whole cloves - 3 item
- 2 can whole beets
How to make pickled beets:
Drain beets and reserve the liquid. In a pan, combine the liquid, sugar, vinegar and cloves. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Pour liquid over beets. Cool and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Condiments, etc., Salads.
