Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- beets, sliced and cooked - 2 c
How to make pickled beets:
Combine all the ingredients except beets. Heat to boiling, the add the beets. Cover and simmer 5 minutes; chill.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Condiments, etc., Salads.
