Picante sauce
Ingredients/Components
- 30 tomatoes large juice - 4 qt
- large onions - 4 item
- green bell peppers - 2 item
- garlic salt - 2 Tbsp
- celery salt
- peppers hot; if you want hotter, put another doz - 1 doz
- banana peppers - 5 item
- beef bouillon cubes - 6 item
- apple cider vinegar - 3/4 c
How to make picante sauce:
*Our sauce has 2 dozen in it.Steam tomatoes and peel off skin. Then take the tomatoes and chop them up. Add the onions and peppers. Then let it come to a boil and add the beef bouillon cubes and the rest of the ingredients. Takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
*You can use any peppers you want. If you want it mild, use mild peppers and hot peppers if you want it to be hot.
