Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 3 tsp
  • rice cooked - 3 c
  • hard boiled eggs, chop 4, slice 2 - 1 Tbsp
  • whole cut - up chicken - 1 item

How to make picante chicken:

Piece chicken in a greased baking dish.

In a small mixing bowl, mix all ingredients up, then spread over chicken.

Baked uncovered at 400° for about an hour. Serve it over the rice.
