Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- ground meat
- tomato sauce - 8 oz
- finely chopped celery - 1/4 item
- pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced - 1/4 c
How to make picadillo:
Cook meat and celery in large pan until browned. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer about 15 to 20 minutes, covered. Serve over rice or buns.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
