Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- Ricotta cheese - 1 c
- cayenne pepper - 1/3 tsp
- cream cheese, softened - 16 oz
- pesto - 1/2 c
How to make pesto cheesecake:
Filling:1/2 c. Parmesan cheese16 oz. cream cheese, softened1 c. Ricotta cheese1/3 tsp. cayenne pepper3 eggs1/2 c. pesto Make crust and pat into a buttered pan. Combine all ingredients except pesto. Divide filling in half and add pesto to 1/2 of filling. Put pesto half in bottom of pan. Put plain mixture on top. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until solid in center.
