- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- persimmon pulp - 1 c
How to make persimmon pudding:
Sift dry ingredients. Mix beaten egg with milk, persimmon pulp and vanilla. Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients. Add melted shortening. Pour into a well-greased baking dish. Bake in a 350° oven for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, North american.
