  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • self-rising flour
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • persimmon pulp - 2 c

How to make persimmon pudding:

Cream sugar, eggs and pulp together. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Leave in pan until cool. Cut in squares.
