Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- self-rising flour
- white sugar - 1 c
- persimmon pulp - 2 c
How to make persimmon pudding:
Cream sugar, eggs and pulp together. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Leave in pan until cool. Cut in squares.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, North american.
