Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
  • persimmon pulp - 2 c

How to make persimmon pudding:

Mix pulp, eggs and milk. Sift dry ingredients together and add to pulp mixture. Pour into greased pan to depth of 2-inches. Bake 1 hour at 300°.
