Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- persimmon pulp - 2 c
How to make persimmon pudding:
Mix pulp, eggs and milk. Sift dry ingredients together and add to pulp mixture. Pour into greased pan to depth of 2-inches. Bake 1 hour at 300°.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, North american.
