  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • milk
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
  • persimmon pulp - 2 c

How to make persimmon pudding:

Blend pulp and beaten eggs. Alternately add milk and dry ingredients. Stir in butter. Pour into greased pan about 2 inches deep. Bake 1 hour at 300°.
