- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- persimmon pulp - 2 c
How to make persimmon pudding:
Blend pulp and beaten eggs. Alternately add milk and dry ingredients. Stir in butter. Pour into greased pan about 2 inches deep. Bake 1 hour at 300°.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, North american.
