Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- oil - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- diced firm persimmons
How to make persimmon cake:
Sift all together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. In a second bowl, beat the eggs, butter, milk and oil. Mix well all ingredients together and put in a baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350° or until knife comes clean.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fall.
