- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cooking oil
- mashed persimmons - 1 c
How to make persimmon bread:
Combine eggs, sugar, and cooking oil; beat well. Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt; add gradually to egg mixture; mix well. Add persimmons and mix well. Pour into 1 large or 2 small pans. Bake 1 hour or until done at 350°.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
