- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- Velveeta cheese, cut up - 1 c
- dry macaroni - 1 c
How to make perfect macaroni and cheese:
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, Velveeta, Cheddar cheese, and eggs in buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Add cooked macaroni; fold in thoroughly.
