Ingredients/Components

  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 1/2
  • oregano - 1/4 tsp
  • parsley - 1/2 tsp
  • loaf frozen bread dough - 1 item
  • pepperoni slices - 1/4 1/2
  • Provolone cheese slices - 1/4 1/2

How to make pepperoni bread:

Let bread dough rise according to directions. Roll out to a rectangular piece. Combine egg, parsley, oregano, garlic salt and Parmesan cheese. Spread onto dough. Top with pepperoni and cheese slices. (Sometimes I also add slices of green pepper and onions.) Roll up dough, starting at long end and pinching ends. Brush the roll with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes on jelly roll pan.

Two rolls can be made out of 1 frozen loaf, but I make only one.
