Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- pizza dough - 1 lb
- to 1/2 slicing pepperoni - 1/4 item
How to make pepperoni bread:
Roll out pizza dough in an oblong shape and sprinkle with Parmesan. Fry pepperoni in frying pan or microwave to remove fat. Lay pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese over entire dough. Roll up dough and fold over ends. Pierce dough with sharp knife every 2-inches across the top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes on cookie sheet.Recipe categories: Breads, Appetizers, Pork.
