Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- large marshmallows - 12 item
- heavy cream, whipped - 1 c
- crushed peppermint stick candy - 1/2 c
How to make peppermint ice cream:
Scald milk; add 1/4 cup crushed marshmallows and salt; stir until dissolved. Freeze in refrigerator tray until firm, about 2 hours. Beat in chilled bowl until smooth.
