Peppered steak
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 3
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
- medium tomatoes, cut up - 2 item
- steak, cut in 1-inch strips
How to make peppered steak:
Brown steak in salad oil. Stir in water, onion, garlic salt and ginger. Bring to boil. Simmer 15 minutes. The last 5 minutes, add green peppers.Combine the rest of the ingredients. Stir in until thickened. Add tomatoes. Heat just until hot. Serve over rice.
