Ingredients/Components
- cooking oil - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- round steak - 1 lb
How to make peppered steak:
Cut steaks into strips; brown in cooking oil. Add onion and pepper, chopped in strips. Cover for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and soy sauce, cook until thickened. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Steak.
