Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- beef broth - 1/2 c
- onion wedges - 1 c
- green bell pepper, cut into strips - 2 c
- streak, cut into strips - 3/4 lb
How to make pepper steak:
Sprinkle steak with salt. Saute steak in oil in skillet until brown. Add pepper and onion wedges. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add mixture of cornstarch, mustard, broth and water. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Makes 4Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
