Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- can bean sprouts - 1 item
- beef
- large onions - 2 item
- large bell peppers - 2 item
- brown gravy - 1 pkg
How to make pepper steak:
Cut beef into small pieces; brown in margarine. Add salt and black pepper. Chop bell peppers and onions and add to beef. Add bean sprouts. Mix water with brown gravy and sugar and add to mixture. Cook slowly for 25 minutes. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
