Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water
- stick butter - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- bouillon cube - 1 item
- green peppers, cut in strips - 2 item
- round steak, cut in strips - 2 lb
How to make pepper steak:
In skillet, melt butter. Add onions and green peppers; saute 2 minutes. Remove and set aside. Add beef, sprinkled with garlic powder. Saute until brown. Add bouillon cube, melted in hot water and simmer. Blend together the cornstarch and 1/4 cup ofRecipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
