Pepper relish
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar
- large onions, chopped - 3 item
- green peppers, chopped - 12 item
- red peppers, chopped - 12 item
How to make pepper relish:
Cover peppers and onion with boiling water and let set 10 minutes. Drain; cover with boiling water and bring to a boil. Let stand 10 minutes. Drain. Mix ingredients and cook 10 minutes. Put in jars and seal. May process in canner 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Sauces, Salsas, Jams and preserves.
