Pepper jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- chopped bell pepper - 1 c
- bottle Certo - 1 item
- hot pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
How to make pepper jelly:
Mix peppers, vinegar and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 1/2 minute. Add Certo. Pour in jelly glasses. Makes 2 pints.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Jellies.
