Pepper jelly



Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vinegar
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- bottle red food coloring - 1/2 item
- bottle Certo - 1 item
- crushed hot peppers - 1/2 c
How to make pepper jelly:
Bring to a boil the sugar and vinegar. After sugar is dissolved, add the chopped green pepper and the hot peppers and boil for 5 minutes more. Add 1 bottle of Certo and a 1/2 bottle of red food coloring. Pour into sterilized jars.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Jellies.
