Pepper jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cider vinegar
- bottle Certo - 1 item
- hot pepper, ground red and green - 1/2 c
- bell pepper, ground red and green - 1/2 c
How to make pepper jelly:
Mix all ingredients; cook over low heat for about 45 minutes. Turn to moderate heat and bring to a boil; remove from heat immediately. Add the Certo; stir well. Put in jars.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Jellies.
