  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • sticks butter - 2 item

How to make pecan tassies:

Filling:4 c. chopped pecans2 c. brown sugar pinch of salt3 eggs1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter and cream cheese; add flour and chill for 1 hour. Make into 48 balls and mash to fit cups in small muffin tins.

Filling: Beat eggs; mix with salt, brown sugar, vanilla and pecans. Fill the 48 muffin tin cups and bake 30 minutes at 350°. Makes 48.
