Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- eggs, lightly beaten - 3 item
- dark corn syrup - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
How to make pecan tassies:
Filling:1 c. sugar1 c. dark corn syrup3 eggs, lightly beaten4 Tbsp. melted butter1 tsp. vanilla1 c. pecans Crust: Mix ingredients together well. Press pieces of dough into small muffin tins.Filling: Mix together ingredients and put into small shells. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. These will freeze well and are so good for special occasions.
