Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 2/3 c
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- sifted flour - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
How to make pecan tarts:
Preheat oven to 350°. Blend first 2 ingredients, then stir in flour. Chill slightly (about 1 hour), then shape into 2 dozen 1-inch balls. Flatten into ungreased muffin tins. Beat next 5 ingredients until mixed well, then fold in the pecans. Fill to 2/3 full in each muffin cup. Bake 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cheese.
