Pecan sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• milk - 1 Tbsp
• flour
• butter - 1/2 c
• soda - 1/2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• shortening - 1 c
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp

How to make pecan sugar cookies:

Mix all ingredients. Roll into small balls and place on a cookie sheet. Press down with a glass dipped in sugar. Sprinkle pecans and decorator sugars on top. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
