Pecan sandies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- water - 2 tsp
- margarine - 1 c
- sifted all-purpose flour - 2 c
How to make pecan sandies:
Cream the margarine and sugar. Add water and vanilla. Mix well. Blend in flour and pecans. Chill 4 hours. Shape in balls or fingers. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325° for 20 minutes.
