Pecan sandies
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 c
- granulated sugar - 1/3 c
- water - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
How to make pecan sandies:
Cream butter and sugar; add water and vanilla. Mix well. Blend in flour and nuts. Chill 4 hours. Shape into balls; mash slightly. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 325°. Cool slightly.
