Pecan sandies



  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • water - 2 tsp
  • confectioners sugar - 1 item

How to make pecan sandies:

Cream the butter and sugar. Add water and vanilla. Mix well. Blend in flour and nuts. Shape into balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325° about 20 minutes. Roll in confectioners sugar.
