Pecan sandies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- water - 2 tsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- margarine - 1 c
How to make pecan sandies:
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add vanilla and water. Mix well. Blend flour and nuts in liquid mixture. Chill for 4 hours. Shape into fingers. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325° for 20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool slightly. Roll in confectioners sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
