Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 3 Tbsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
How to make pecan rolls:
Combine first 3 ingredients, mixing with your hands. Shape into 5 (4 x 1-inch) rolls. Chill 2 or 3 hours. (Note: This mixture will be very dry.)Combine caramels and water; cook in a double boiler until melted. Dip rolls in this mixture and roll in the chopped pecans. Chill for 1 hour. Cut in slices to serve.
