Pecan rice
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- pecans - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- long grain rice, cooked, hot and well drained - 3 c
How to make pecan rice:
Toast pecans in oven at 250° for 15 minutes or until golden. Chop coarsely. Cook rice. When ready to serve, coat pecans in butter in skillet. Add rice and toss. Salt and pepper.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Rice.
