Pecan pralines

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• butter - 1 Tbsp
• pecan halves - 2 c
• warm milk - 1 c

How to make pecan pralines:

Melt 1 cup sugar to caramelize. Add warm milk and other 2 cups of sugar. Cook to a soft boil stage. Add vanilla, butter and pecans. Beat and drop on waxed paper in desired sizes.
