Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- vanilla
- chopped pecans
- flour - 3 c
- margarine - 3/4 c
- margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- Karo light or dark or mix syrup
How to make pecan pie squares:
Grease jelly roll pan. Beat flour, sugar and margarine until crumbly. Press firmly in pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until golden. Prepare filling by stirring eggs, corn syrup, sugar, margarine and vanilla until blended. Stir in pecans. Spread evenly over crust. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, or until set. Cool.
