Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- chopped pecans
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oleo - 3/4 c
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1/4 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- Karo syrup
How to make pecan pie cookies:
Mix the first 4 ingredients on low speed. Pat down in greased jelly roll pan. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350° oven. Mix the beaten eggs, 1 1/2 cups sugar and Karo syrup real well, then fold in pecans.
