- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- very hot tap water - 1/2 c
- or there abouts pkg
- Frosting optional: Pillsbury fudge frosting in can
How to make pecan pie brownies:
Brownies:21 1/2 oz. (or there abouts) pkg. family size fudge brownie mix1/2 c. very hot tap water1/4 c. salad oil1 egg Frosting (optional): Pillsbury fudge frosting (in can) Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom only of 13 x 9-inch pan. In medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Add sugar and eggs; mix well. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and nuts. Set aside. In large bowl, combine brownie ingredients. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Spread in pan; spoon filling evenly over top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool, then frost (if desired).Recipe categories: Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie, Brownies.
