Pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 3/4
- warm water - 1/4 c
- honey - 1/2 c
- flax seed - 1/4 c
- pecan pieces - 2 c
- maple flavoring - 1 tsp
- arrowroot powder or cornstarch - 1/4 c
- barley malt powder - 1/2 c
- DATE BUTTER - 1/2 c
How to make pecan pie:
Toast pecans at 350° for 15 minutes. Place in unbaked pie shell. Blend flax seed with 1/4 cup warm water. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup water as it thickens while blending. Pour mixture into bowl.Blend together the next 8 ingredients. Pour into bowl with flax seed. Add honey and pour over pecans in pie shell. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
