Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- chopped pecans
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- white corn syrup - 1/2 c
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make pecan pie:
In mixer bowl, slightly beat eggs. Add and blend well the sugar, syrups, evaporated milk, butter, salt and vanilla. Add pecans and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake in 400° oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake an additional 30 to 40 minutes or until filling is puffed in center and is well browned.
