- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- pecan halves - 1 c
- dark corn syrup - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
Cream butter to soften. Add sugar gradually and cream until fluffy. Add syrup and salt; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 50 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
