Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- self-rising flour - 2 Tbsp
- light corn syrup - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- sweet milk - 1/2 c
How to make pecan pie:
Mix together eggs, sugar, flour and salt; beat well. Add syrup, milk, butter and vanilla. Pour pecans in unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Pour mixture over nuts. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until top cracks open and is golden brown.Note: Enough for 2 shallow pies or 1 deep pie shell.
