  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • pecans
  • light Karo syrup
  • unbaked pie crust - 1 item

How to make pecan pie:

Beat eggs well. Mix flour and sugar; add to eggs. Add other ingredients in order. Put in unbaked pie shell. Do not prick crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°. Reduce heat to 300° and bake for 50 minutes, until pie is firm in center.
